Our restaurant opens on weekends for lunch and dinner by reservation only, as our dishes require the necessary time and care. Your reservation allows us to cook with products that are always fresh, avoiding unnecessary waste.
Our menu is also respectful and sustainable: it consists of a few dishes with only organic products, such as healthy meats grown outdoors, from our farm or other farms that share our principles.
In our neck of the woods, mamma Rosanna is famous for her cooking, her baccalà and her friendliness. She had run a hotel with restaurant and bar in Tenno, a meeting place for villagers and tourists for more than 30 years. She will welcome you as a family member and offer you the dishes from the Trentino tradition that she prepares with fresh seasonal ingredients and the same passion of the past.
We pair the menu with beers and wines from small local productions personally selected by Gu.
The room is intimate and bright, located on the ground floor of our farmhouse, a newly restored old house that has retained the irregular shapes and warm atmosphere of the inns of the time.
You can reserve the whole room even during the week for small events such as birthdays, anniversaries, dinners, and business lunches, with family or friends with an agreed menu. Just give us notice in advance as notice, as attention to detail and customization are very close to our hearts.
